What is the delivery time for my order?
Standard delivery in Romania takes 5-10 working days from order confirmation. For custom made to measure products, production takes 7-14 days before shipping. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return standard products within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Please note that custom made to measure products cannot be returned. All products are covered by our 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we offer professional installation in Braila and surrounding areas. For customers across Romania, we provide detailed installation guides and video tutorials. We can also recommend certified installers in your area.
